Do you want to take the right step to prevent falls??
The Falls Prevention and Management by Exercise course – ‘Strong and Steady’ starts with us on Mon 17th Jan. The course is aimed at people who feel unsteady on their feet, are worried about their balance and have either had a trip or fall or feel they may do so. Here are some quotes from previous participants ‘When I started Strong and Steady I walked in with a stick. Now I no longer need one inside – thank you for giving me back my life.”
“The value is in doing the exercises all together. It’s the one thing that I go out for in a week and It gives me a huge psychological lift.’
We have managed to secure funding to cover the cost of this course, so that we can offer sessions FREE of charge to make it accessible for all – call us to book your place as numbers will be limited.
